- The deed to your property, a current property tax
notice
- A sewage hook-up permit or percolation test
number from the Mobile County Health Department
- You must provide two complete set of plans
for a house with set backs. The plans must include a foundation plan, floor
plan and all four elevations showing what the home would look like from the
exterior. Plans should show sufficient detail to determine whether they meet
the International Code Council.
- For a house you may obtain a set of
plans from an Architect, Engineer, Plan Service or draw them yourself.
